With over 40 years in the industry, Zoran works alongside his sons to deliver high quality workmanship on time and on budget. Our experience as both builders and hands-on tradesmen gives us a practical understanding of the challenges that come with building in today’s climate.

We utilise an old school approach with new school methods to develop functional and practical builds.

We build a fixed number of projects each year.
We don’t over-extend.
We don’t under-deliver.
We don’t underquote and over charge.
We DO chose to build projects we love for people we enjoy working with.

Renovations & Extensions

Actually Zoran's bread and butter. Living in Malvern when he first came to Australia meant that most projects he was thrust into were renovations and extensions of classic Victorian homes.

Heritage Work

Much like with renovations and extensions, it went hand in hand with heritage overlays, however his experience also extended to more famous buildings, like the refurbishment of Hotel Charsfield as seen above.
